General Commissions
ā¦ commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased
ā¦ full upfront payment is required before I begin any work
ā¦ I won't begin your commission until payment has been received. you're welcome to discuss your idea beforehand, but discussion alone does not reserve a slot or count as using my service
ā¦ please do not rush me. estimated completion time is usually within a week depending on my schedule, though delays may happen
ā¦ if I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons, a refund will be issued
ā¦ you may request a progress update if you haven't received one in over a month
ā¦ if I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons, you will receive a full refund
ā¦ if there is no response from the commissioner for 6+ months, the commission will be cancelled without refund. any completed work may be kept, discarded or repurposed at my discretion
ā¦ credit is required whenever the commissioned artwork is reposted or showcased
ā¦ I retain full copyright and ownership of all artwork unless a separate written agreement states otherwise
ā¦ I will not create content involving problematic themes, including (but not limited to) incest, loli/shota, non-con or characters from media that center such themes. Please respect these boundaries. Failure to do so will result in being blacklisted from commissioning or owning my work
Art Usage
ā¦ non-commissioned artwork (art not created for a specific client) may be used for personal purposes
ā¦ credit is appreciated for profile pictures and required for reposts
ā¦ do not edit my artwork in a way that is disrespectful or misleading
ā¦ do not associate my artwork with hateful, illegal or problematic content
ā¦ do NOT turn my artwork into Yumeshipping GIFs
ā¦ do NOT use my artwork for AI training, datasets, image generation, machine learning, NFTs or blockchain projects
ā¦ commercial reproduction or distribution without purchasing commercial rights is strictly prohibited. I reserve the right to request immediate removal of unauthorized commercial use
Commercial Commissions
ā¦ commercial usage requires purchasing commercial rights and must be discussed before the commission begins
ā¦ commercial content: +100% of the base price
ā¦ commercial merchandise: +50% of the base price
ā¦ purchasing both rights = base price +100% +50% (250% total)
ā¦ commercial rights grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the artwork only for the agreed commercial purpose(s)
ā¦ I retain all copyright, ownership and moral rights to the artwork. purchasing commercial rights does not transfer ownership
ā¦ a full copyright/IP transfer is not included and requires a separate written agreement
ā¦ you may not edit, alter, heavily modify, create derivative works, sublicense, redistribute or transfer the commercial license without my written permission
ā¦ my artwork may not be used for AI training, NFTs, blockchain-related projects or similar technologies under any circumstances
ā¦ if a commercial commission is cancelled after production has started, payments already made are non-refundable. if the final rendering stage has begun, the remaining balance may still be owed depending on the amount of work completed
ā¦ I am not responsible for any business losses, legal disputes or financial damages resulting from the client's use or distribution of the artwork
Commission Revisions
ā¦ sketch phase: up to 3 minor revisions
ā¦ base coloring (custom designs): 1 revision
ā¦ detailing phase: 1 revision
ā¦ requests beyond the included revision limit or major changes after approval may incur additional fees
Design Ownership
ā¦ you may resell the design but not for a higher price than the original unless it includes additional commissioned/personal art
ā¦ official ownership is tracked on toyhou.se. if the design is sold elsewhere without a toyhou.se profile, please do not purchase it
ā¦ minor design changes are allowed: small color shifts, slight pattern edits, removal of minor accessories
ā¦ for major redesigns, please inform me first
ā¦ closed species rules: do not change the character into another species. violations may result in the design being declared 'despecied'
ā¦ no refunds if you lose interest in a purchased design

hi! Iām breadmilqq, though some of you might know me by my old username, ruefuru. Iām a completely self taught artist who started drawing at the age of 6 and went digital at 13 thanks to my irl friend, sammy. I spent about five years as a furry artist, inspired by youtube animation memes, which also led me to teach myself how to animate.I developed a love for character design and joined several closed species communities, becoming a guest artist for well known species multiple times such as nemurolls, fountain tigers, keychain rua, and howltars. I also founded two species: blankats and komaruhoyo.eventually, I took a long break from adoptable designs and animation. during that time, I rebranded my account and shifted to drawing chibi-style humans, adopting 'pink artist' as my whole online persona. this was also while I was an art student in high school.after graduating, my interest shifted again. this time toward an anime-inspired style, so I rebranded once more as 'breadmilqq'. the name was pretty random, honestly. I still use 'ruefuru' on few other platforms, but I wanted this new account to feel like a fresh start.
